Licensing, setup, migration and support for both platforms.

Both. We manage either platform with the same level of administration, security, device management and backup.
No. If you already hold licences we work with what you have. If you buy through us, licences are billed separately and passed through at cost.
Most small businesses are best served by Business Standard or Business Premium. Premium adds device management and stronger identity and security controls, which we deploy and manage for you. We will recommend a plan based on your team, not the most expensive one.

Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering deleted or encrypted data past its retention limits is your responsibility. That is why independent daily backup is included in our managed IT services.
